If you're 50 and over, I'd love a friend request! (Actually, ANY age is welcome, but folks in my own age range are especially welcome!)

Hi
I saw your comment to add users. I am trying MFP for the second time in two years. I used to be very active and had a good diet but then life and work got in the way LOL. Hoping some connections will help me stick to it! Thanks, Linda1 -
I'm over 50 and then some (+15), am retiring next year and need to get in the best shape so I can have a long-long retirement. Started MFP after Weight Watcher points counting for a couple of years and it works, but I really wasn't serious until Aug 1. I've lost 25 pounds since then. I like MFP as well as WW and it's free. Since I started on MFP on 19 Oct I've lost 5 pounds, trying to consume 1500 calories + what I can earn from running, an elliptical machine, and bowflex. I am a home brewer, hence the name.1
