I am obviously not that serious about losing weight and I am willing to admit that, with that being said, I would like support on how to get my mind set to get motivated. I need to drop ten to fifteen pounds, I have not been on here in a while and plan to log in daily going forward.......Currently, I do not exercise except for walking to and from work. I eat pretty much what I want, I am ready to take this on and almost feel like I need a trainer to motivate me and help me be accountable. Any thoughts , suggestions, comments are welcome, I can handle the negative ones too ha ha being that I not even saying that I am doing much so far!!!!!!!!!! thank you.
