I'm recovering from a fractured spine. 10 weeks since toy wreck and 2 weeks since I was released from the doctor and out of my brace. I need advice on work out plans without putting stain on my back.

I'm not on any restriction except lifting over 15lbs. Just thought someone might have been in my place and could tell me some work outs they did.0 -

After an injury like that a PT can help you on the road to recovery. I was in PT for about 14 months after breaking my ankle.0 -

I feel like your doctor should have released you to a PT with such an injury. It needs dealt with a bit more cautiously than a sprained ankle........0
