Ketogenic diet?

II been hearing about the ketogenic diet for treating pcos, and I was wondering how well it worked for weight loss and health and if it is truly eeffective for getting pregnant down the road?

    BT_rescuemom is PCOS and keto I believe, and you will see her on LCHF as the previous post advised.

    Hi luv, there's some really great information on this on facebook in a group called "Ketogenic Success". There are many ladies in the group with PCOS that I have read about who have had great success with keto and have become pregnant. Just read one yesterday and she posted a pic of her ultrasound. Awesome stuff.

    Hiya. I have PCOS too. I attempted keto to help with my symptoms but I didn't find it sustainable at all. I know it works for some people however. I have lost 21lbs just sticking with my calories and eating what I want :)
