Stuck

I'm stuck - I've done the weight loss thing before - safely. Counting calories, exercising, etc. I've always yo-yo'd a little bit with my weight but since moving into my own apartment on my own a year ago things have really gotten out of hand. I know that my biggest dilemma is eating out - I keep a hectic schedule and by the time I get home at night, cooking is the last thing I want to do. I have even precooked and frozen healthy meals but for some reason I talk myself out of defrosting those and reach for the telephone. I'm not sure how to get my will power back and get back on track this time... suggestions?

How many calories are we talking about? For my first ~6 months here my dinner was usually a 400 calorie chilled ready meal from the supermarket - fork, microwave, at most 6 minutes (category E microwave, other microwaves and meals might vary).

You know take out is the issue, come up with possible ways to overcome it (mine was forbidding myself from eating any home cooked meals at home for 6 months with the idea that it would form a new habit to fall back on were I to start eating clean and then a day/week/month later not be able to cook).
