Upper back/bra band bulge, hot (temp) ladies - What's your favorite workout top in public?

I need new ideas. I normally would wear a racer back tank, but the bulges above my racer-back sports bras are too big to be seen in public right now. Public = inside the gym.

Can you post a photo (or link to a page) of your favorite style workout top that disguises this? Or even a good description?

I was thinking I need to go to a top with sleeves, but my shoulders HAVE to be uncovered or I get too hot. If it's above freezing, I run outside with bare shoulders (after my warmup). But, I also have big arms, so I'm not sure if one of the tops with shoulder cutouts is my only/best option - because then I have a band going right across my arm.

I often wear layers, (it's not really my torso that's the problem for heat), so that's an option if that's your favorite, too.

Tank top not racer back or sleeveless t-shirt style. I have several.

I get what you mean, I usually just opted for looser fitting tanks, that didn't show bra lines, etc. And now that I've already lost a good amount I'll wear tighter ones but I'm still a little self conscious!

What about a muscle style tank rather than racer back?

    Good evening Kathleen.

Discussed your issue with my sister and we can only recommend our go to store right now: Carbon38.

When losing weight, support, comfort and aesthetics are essentials, at least they are for us. As women, as we drop fat weight, we all like to ensure that "the gals" are where they should be, with no back rolls or side boobs to contend with. No woman wants to deal with the side effects of an ill fitted bra.

We like the Essential 2.0 bra@ Full C cup and a DD cup : https://www.carbon38.com/product/essential-2-0-bra-white?int_source=sports+bras-full+support&int_block=grid-8&int_version=0

Your choices are racer back or tank or T

Just get a tank top like in my photos

Get a slightly looser one that normal

And nobody is noticing your back, but you, you know

I gotta tell you I expose my bra bulge and give not one *kitten* about anybody's delicate sensitivities. You are working hard and that's your body. It just is.

I always always wear tees in the gym because I really don't like having exposed cleavage in tank tops. If you get ones in tech fabrics I don't find them any warmer than tanks, personally.

I have a bunch of these Nike Dri-Fit ones that are light and loose and keep me cool and they're probably my favourite.

My gym has a ban on bare shoulders but my preferred workout tank is a Gilligan & O'Malley pajama tank top from Target. They are loose in the midsection and racerback style. I do not worry about fat rolls showing in that area. My workout top requirement is looseness over my stomach.
