First weigh in

Had my first weigh in this morning and lost 4lbs I'm really happy hope I can keep going and have a loss next week

    Probably partly water weight but you will keep losing yes if you're eating within your calorie goal. But don't expect 4 pounds every week- more like between 1/2 and 2 pounds depending on your loss rate. Some weeks it might show a gain if you've lost weight but are retaining water so don't worry if that happens just keep going.
