I recently tried and like pirate's booty. You get a good amount of volume for the calories.
If I need a really low calorie snack I like cucumber, strawberries, honeydew melon, cantaloupe, tomatoes.0 -
My opinion: Quick and easy and snacking is ruining people's health. So is relying on low calorie foods and dividing foods into good and bad, healthy and unhealthy. Plan balanced meals from a variety of foods you enjoy, and you won't feel the need to snack.0

I boil eggs and keep in Fridge. When I come home from work I have 4 kids and a husband screaming what's for dinner. I crack one of those eggs with a cube of pepperjack and it holds me off till dinner is done.0
