Trends I have noticed- about me

Hey guys. I need a little bit of help. When I eat, I naturally eat around 1500 calories when writing stuff down, and probably more than that when I don't. If I consciously eat I only eat around 800 calories. MFP tells me to eat around 1200 calories a day, but when I did that previously I used to over eat almost every day. Other websites tell me to eat between 1300-1500 calories a day to lose weight, I feel because I naturally eat 1500 calories a day a goal of 1300 calories sounds good to me for a slow and steady weight loss. Therefore is my question is: is my logic okay for how many calories I should eat? Also if i get the average of all my net calories from the past 7 days, my avg. net is 1240 ( or something like that- it's under 1300) So is that okay? Thanks. :)

Height: 5'1"
Current Weight: 136 lb
Goal weight: 100 lb
