Can you have all three? I would like to hear from people who are very successful in all three categories. And it's got to be all three. Thanks. :-)

I'm a single dad (w/custody), active duty Air Force, train 6 days/wk (run/cycle/swim/lift), and do over a dozen races every year (5k, 10k, marathons, triathlons, etc).
You make time for the things that matter to you.0 -
Hi,
I`m a Hospitality Manager that is salaried to 38 Hrs. per week which really means more like 45-50 hrs. I work shift work of a mix of days and nights Mon-Sun, I have 2 teenage children in full time school and a Husband who also works full time. We have a family membership at the gym which at the moment is only really being used by me. I did buy it so we could all go together!!!
My training schedule depends on the working week that I am on. I try to fit my gym sessions and road runs around time when I am on days off and the Kids at school and Hubby at work so it does not effect family time. It is extremely hard and at time frustrating because in between all that there are still the household chores to do.
Sometimes I find it hard to fit it all in and I just have to deal with it and determine what is a priority at any given time.
So whilst I have not given you any real answer I can relate to your question.
Just remember that we are just as important, if not more, than having dinner on the table and the washing done!!0
