    Yup! I'm 5'3" and right now weigh 168.8 hoping to get down to 125-130 lbs.

    Hello everyone,

    I'm 5'4 and currently 170. I started at 180 and was doing very well, but October was a write off for a number of reasons. Luckily I didn't gain anything, but I failed to drop anything either.

    Now I'm back and ready to keep working. I have a mini goal of being below 165 by Christmas. Ultimately I want to be 135 or less by July. (Basically I've given myself a 5lbs a month timeline).

    Hey. I started at 203 and I am now around 161-163. My goal is to get to 120-125. These last 30 pounds seem to be the hardest to get off. It has taken me a year to loose the 41 and I'm hoping to lose another 20 in a few month's! Feel free to add me and good luck!

    Hello, I am starting again with diet and exercise. Goal is to lose 30lbs. I am starting now even though the holiday season is just ahead. a lot of temptation, but why wait until the new year. If I don't do it now, I'll have to lose an extra 10 lbs in the new year after the holidays. Feel free to add me.

    Hi! I'm 5'5.5", started at 172 lbs and currently at 158 lbs. GW is 145 lbs because I have a large frame and thick bones.

    Looking at your body frame size can help pick an ideal goal weight. Try the wrist measurement method.
