I'm just getting started with my fitness journey. Having a hard time going to the gym on a regular basis due to a busy schedule. Anyone have any tips on how I can stay committed to going?

Sometimes you just have to do it. Have your gym bag ready to go at all times. Pack a small snack if you need one and just go! Give yourself a realistic goal. Say 3 or 4 times a week for 30 min. Or don't go more than 2 days without a workout.
You can also try to fit in more active time. Take the stairs, walk at lunchtime, dance in the kitchen, Get the kids involved.

I mostly run but my thing for running or the gym is to do it early in the morning so nothing can get in the way. Of course that means that I wake up at 4:30 AM to get it done but it has become a routine.0

I struggle with working out regularly as well, but like @rsclause said...knocking it out first thing has helped me greatly. The past two weeks I have gotten my workouts in first thing, making it impossible to excuse my way out of it. I joined an ab challenge and have an app for the C25K program that also help. Tracking things and being accountable is making it better for me. Best of luck to you!0
