Postpartum mommies

Hey y'all. I'm 5.5 weeks postpartum. So ready to hit the gym. I'll get cleared Thursday. Finding this task to be daunting. I know pre baby I was able to lose the weight and maintained for years. But post baby I'm getting worried. My belly is so loose and giggly feeling. I have 30 lbs to lose and body just doesn't seem to react to food the same.. Hoping workouts jump start my metabolism again. Any other new mommies nervous but ready?

    You just had a baby five weeks ago! Of course your body feels like it's reacting different and your belly feels jiggly. You were growing a baby in there for nine months!
