I am not new to MFP but I am new to the discussion boards. I have lost 20 - 30 lbs with MFP, over and over again. Honestly, after months of recording everything that I eat and drink, I mentally scream "I'm done with this" or, to put it in a positive light, "I've got this". Clearly, I don't have this - as soon as I ditch the food diary, the weight comes back, and I come back to MFP. These are my goals for this month: Eliminate the no-brainers: alcohol and desserts. Keep the fridge stocked with raw vegetables and fruit. Walk 2 miles a day (one with the dog, one without - the dog is a very slow walker).

    Sounds reasonable! You are not alone on the regain after logging and losing.......sneaky devil calories start winning again. All the best with your plan. Sort of sick of myself for all the indulgences I've allowed, too, so a good inspiration!
