    It's YUMMY!!!!! And a great vehicle to put a put a sprinkle of granola with some sliced fresh fruit. Oh my gosh, FANTASTIC!

    What is the big hype about with Greek yogurt?? It has more calories then regular yogurt. So what's so special about it?!

    It's higher in fat and protein and lower in carbohydrate, so Greek Yogurt fits my macros personally.

    I prefer the Greek Gods full-fat greek yogurt, it is only 5 carbs per serving. It is very rich.
    I like to add a scoop of Protein powder to some greek yogurt, very nice snack after a workout.

    In general I go with Greek yogurt - in particular Chobani.

    - Chobani 0% fat in general.
    - Chobani 2% if I need a bit more fat to meet fat macros.

    Still prefer meats if I have the time to cook because meats will be absorbed over a longer period of time allowing for maximal growth.
