Hey guys, I'm doing really well with my fitness and weight loss but I would really love an exercise that could tone up my BINGO WINGS! For all the non UK peeps, they are the parts of your arm, above your arm pit that wobble when you wave!

My tummy is coming along nicely..but I would love to focus upon this area!

Please help, I'm not ready for Bingo yet :flowerforyou:

    Those would be your triceps. Google tricep exercises and you'll find some good ideas. Also, you can consider Jillian Michaels' No More Trouble Zones DVD because it focuses on exercises that target that exact area (only $9 at walmart) and even though it's 40 mins in total duration, you can pick and chose circuits to do making it quicker and using only the circuits you need.

    I love jillian..but it's the part underneath the triceps,,,the wobbly bit! :flowerforyou: I'd love to get that toned x
