Loseing weight

Hi there, I just wanted to know if anyone lost weight just by eating healthy and try to be active throughout the day, I try at least going on 2 walks each day for about 30-45 minutes. I had 2 brain tumors so i can't workout as i wish i could and be more active.

You definitely can. Diet is the majority of weight loss. Walking will definitely help burn calories, but will also keep you active, which is good for your overall health!1

Yes, it's the only way. If you eat less, even just a little, and exercise more, even if just a little, you will lose weight. Even if it's slow, it still counts.
