Generic beef sticks from deli are so good. Just curious what the mist accurate entry with grams as an option is?

That's probably as close as you're going to get-the serving there is roughly 4 oz. I wouldn't expect beef sticks to be a low-cal snack.2 -
There are a lot of cals in them mainly due to the fat content.
I go to a butcher shop that makes them fresh (the long 8" version rated at about 600 cals for 4 oz on MFP) but I had to cut them out of my diet because of this (would have to drop one whole meal on my 1800 cal diet just to eat one) despite still having several pounds of them in my freezer.1 -

I make these at home and they generally have a pretty high fat content0 -

Note that a 100 g serving has almost 50 grams of fat, and only 20 grams of water. That is a very fat-dense, low-water food.0 -
Have you weighed how much you normally eat as a snack?0

Poor OP, I think he's gone to cry over his beef sticks! :laugh:1

Why not ask at the deli what brand these are? They probably come in a 10 or 20# box, and may very well have nutritional labeling on the box. IMO, one beef stick, which is probably an ounce or so, might make a perfectly good snack. You don't need to eat the whole pack in one sitting.0 -
