Hello my name is Brooke I live in west central Ohio. I am currently at the heaviest weight ive ever been :'( I am starting to journey to a healthier me and am excited about my journey. Any challenges anyone can recommend me for would be great... I'm ready to hit the ground running! I am a beginner, as I don't exercise much so I may have to start small and work my way up.
