Goodmorning,
I recently, as in 2 weeks ago, started cycling. I can't say that I am very good, so far my goal is 3 days a week and about 4 to 6 miles, but I guess I have to start somewhere. I don't have a specific mile goal, but wanted to start with a goal of 3 days per week.
