Victory! It was water weight after all

Just did my weekly weigh in and I have lost 2.2 pounds over last week. It was water weight after all. :) So relieved as I was a huge skeptic about the water explanation for my gain last week. I have been weighing my food and logging calories for nine weeks now and lost a total of four pounds, for an average loss of 0.5 pounds per week. Thanks to everyone who responded to my last thread.
