Resistance band programs?

Are there any programs that are for the use of resistance bands? They demonstrate how to use the bands for every exercise?

Chalean Extreme has one person using resistance bands in the videos instead of dumbbells.

Thanks for the link, I'll check it out. I have Chalean extreme but was looking for a different program. Kinda need a change.
