I got this app to keep track of calories and sugar. One month, one week and two days ago I cut out 90℅ of my sugar intake and 100℅ soda intake..aftera couple weeks of that I decided to take it a step further and cut out other snacks I'd been eating...well I wasn't compensating and wasn't keeping track of calories as I've never had health trouble before.

While at a friend's, I was standing by the truck and started to feel a little dizzy, thinking I was just tired, I went to lean on the truck and fell completely over. My fingers and feet went numb minutes after, I couldn't walk, hold my head up, talk, nothing. After a few hours and someone trying to feed me, I came out of it. I had it happen again a couple weeks ago, only not as bad. as long as I eat enough calories, I don't fall out..so I'm trying to get a handle on it.

Any inspiration and drive would be good :)
