I need to remember how good I feel when I eat well. My do I see overloading myself with awful food as a 'treat' and then feel bloated, guilty and demotivated. Even after 1 day of being back on track my body feels stronger and better just from eating well. I need to think of this the next time I go for the biscuit tin!!!

I pretty much abandoned my diet over the weekend, but am back on track today! Back to work means back to sitting for 8 hours/day, but my goal is to add in some time on the treadmill in the evening to try balancing it out.0
