Accepting friend requests

Once you accept friend requests from other members, how do you interact with them? I've accepted 3 new requests, but have no idea how to look them up or have chats with them for support and motivation as weight loss buddies...

    If you are using iphone on the far right you will see 3 dots tap there and it will fetch up your menu, look down to your friends list and click on a friend then click k the envelope it will open up the message box where you type your message. Then click send. Any problems drop me a message, click on my name then click send message
