So far I'm loving Lower calorie soups, and fiber brownies. I adore the pumpkin pie and cheesecake Greek yogurts. What are your favorite alternatives to winter comfort foods?

Low carb chili is a must. Low calorie soup is good too but if they're not homemade, you can find lots of added extras you might not have planned for. BUT, if I'm craving something warm, I try really hard to just grab some hot tea and drink that. Sometimes when I think I'm craving hot chocolate or whatever, I try to just grab the hot tea because that helps the craving of something warm.0

Sorry, I just eat less of my comfort foods. I have found that I would rather eat less of what I really live than more of a substitute.
I do like the flavored Greek yogurt for breakfast, but that's something I like to eat anyway.1 -
Vegetable pho! Low calorie and super yummy! I have to have every week. Now that it is getting cooler I will be having more often! I just add more vegetables and bean sprouts than noodles! Yummo!0

I eat what I always did just adjust the portions.
There are lots of great soups.
I like having baked oatmeal for dinner sometimes.0 -
Homemade chicken pot pie! I make it fit into my allotment for the day. I make a fabulous pot pie, BTW!0

Slow-cooked roasts get my vote. You can use super lean meat because of the slow cook time and make it with tons of carrots, parsnips, onions, tomatoes, celery, leeks, etc.; skimp on the potatoes, season it all well, and have a full, warm, hearty meal for 300-500 calories (depending on portion size).
ETA: I also really like pork medallions over mashed winter squash with apple cider sauce. You pretty much just pan-fry the pork (I just use a quick shot of cooking spray in the pan), bake or steam and then mash the squash, add a little sage and thyme, and deglaze the pork pan with a little apple cider vinegar or actual cider. Put the pork on the squash and pour the sauce over the top. It's amazing.1
