So I was sick for 3 weeks! I did have my flu shot but this time it just didn't work. I was probably already infected before I got the shot. I'm finally back to the gym. I'm a bit afraid to step on the scale just yet... I always gain when I'm sick. :X seems a bit backwards no? lol. Well, back to life lol. Watch out for the flu this year, it is NARRRRRRSTY.

    thanks guys. lol I love how this board changes things to kittens. Flu is anything but.... however my sweet little cat did sit with me the entire time I was stuck home from work!

    The snow is coming down heavily here and I'm convinced that I'm either gonna catch flu or a penguin :(

    Remember a few lb either way is nothing to be concerned about - we all fluctuate.
