Tired of it.. (love/motivation intertwined)

Sometimes people get tired. I think that is my problem. I've been trying to find the reason for my lack of self love as well as lack of motivation. Obviously they're connected. But its a continuous cycle. I motivate myself not based on the fact thats it is my body and i should love it.. But on the fact that i hate it. My motivation stems from self hatred not love. Somedays I will feel fine while other days I dont even want to get out of bed. I hope that with time and positive thoughts I get out of this slump. I want to be someone I love and am proud of for once and then find someone who will love me for everything I am.

    How about just figuring how, to make being healthy fun? As a child, I never thought of swimming, bicycling, baseball, climbing, swinging on a swing, relay races, etc., as exercise; yet it kept me a consistent weight & it was fun! Be an adult child, like @PlaydohPants; she's the funnest 1 here!

    get out there and find something fun to do,do something you never have before but would like to(as long as its legal lol). I got a bike this august(havent had one in years) and I started riding when weather permits. I like it and its great exercise. find something you like to do and do it and dont think of it as exercise.also make yourself get out of bed and do something,.you will feel better after doing it as it raises endorphins(feel good hormones).
