I need help with maintaining my weight loss I'm at 1200 calories a day and still losing how many calories should i have to maintain

You haven't given any information so that's impossible to answer with a number. But don't go to calculators anyway - use your own recent data.
If you lost weight at/around the predicted rate then set your goal to "maintain current weight".
If you were losing a roughly 1lb/week then 500 cals more a day will get you in the right area.0 -

well if you know how much you lost per week on 1200 cals, you can calculate your maintenance from that...1 -
how much are you losing a week? that would tell you how many you can add back.
ie 1/2lb - 250 cals extra a day you can eat
1lb - 500 cals extra0
