    I'll agree with the protein, but as long as you stay within your calorie goals there's nothing wrong with carbs. ;)

    Well eat the right amount of protein and right amount of carbs. But for me if I eat intuitively I eat about 1/4 of the protein I should and about double or more of the carbs... so yes a lot more protein and less carbs than I used to eat.

    Somewhere out there is someone who is busier, poorer, more stressed and less motivated than you, but still getting it done. You can, too.

    You can't outrun your fork.

    Think about how you're going to feel right after you've finished eating it.

    The only bad workout is the one you didn't do.

    Getting the right carbs are really important.

    Go for fruit and vegstables and a avoiding refined products as sugar, white bread, etc.

    If you eat more protein you're gonna have to eat less of something else to keep calories in balance. The only things wrong with carbs is that it's easy to eat a ton more than you need, contributing to weight gain, or people fill up on carbs then don t eat enough veggies & protein (for good nutrition)
