Hi I have just recently finished chemo back in may . I have alwYs worked out and watched what I eat . Problem is the chemo has me pushed into early menopause therefore gained weight . Also couldn't do my workouts for a year. Trying to get back into it . Any tips would be greatly appreciated !

I'm glad you have made it through something that is so difficult and are still here with us. I think you should take it slow and don't push yourself too hard. Give your body time to get back into the swing of working out, it has been through a lot! Even if you can't work out a lot just make sure you're counting your calories. I would just start of with walks and stuff first, I know chemo can really drain you, so you might want to start with walking and slowly build your strength and endurance back up to more intense work outs.1
