Hi there!

My name is Tomita and I just started using MFP in order to reshape my body. I'm a full time web developer and I haven't done any exercises all my life, but I hope that will change.

I started the diet 5:2 on Monday with fasting days on Mon & Wed. Seems to be suited to my lifestyle.

I would like to know those who tried the fast diet if they added manually the 600 calories in the Goals section or how do they manage the 5:2 diet using MFP.
