Hello Everyone.
I am Shelly and this is my first day on myfitnesspal. I am a recent WW lifetime member that has decided to try a different route to a healthy me. It is hard to count points when you are working out 4-5 days a week and you dont feel you are eating enough to sustain. My trainer at the gym suggested this website and watching calories and macros versus the points system on WW. I agree with him that this will allow me to modify my eating habits to suit my lifestyle. I am already down 22 lbs with 22lbs to go. So excited at the progress so far. Looking forward to staying motivated by reading about everyone else's ups and down so that I dont feel so bad. LOL
