I'll let you google the options, but my preferred, affordable method is an Omron handheld unit. It's not 100% accurate, but it's accurate enough for me. My mirror is pretty accurate too.0

Dexa scan. Hand held bf% calculators/scales can off up to 5% on a "good" unit.1

DXA scans and hydrostatic weighings are the most accurate means of measuring BF%.
Of course, these methods have their limitations and a degree of error (around 5%) as well but they are still better than calipers or bioelectrical devices. Beyond that, anything else (like body comparison photos) is just a guess or rough approximation.0
