So my plan....CW 246 lbs (although I am away in Florida until the weekend) and I have 4 weeks before Christmas parties etc. I really need a kick up the bum and something to help keep me and way from mince pies and Xmas chocolates that will be everywhere.
I PLEDGE...from Monday 14th Nov - Dec 14th that
1. I will track my foods with MFP EVERYDAY
2. I will exercise at least 3 x 30 mins a week
3. I will weigh in once weekly and update my weight on here.
