Need Motivation Struggling with my Weight

I know I'm not Struggling with my Exercise but However I'm struggling with my weight and need motivation and support so I don't get discouraged. My goal is to lose between 50-80 pounds by this time next year and it takes longer that's fine as well, I know I can do this I've done it before. I'm going to the gym 5 days a week for almost 2 and a half hours before work and I'm noticing that I'm getting more energy to last through the day and etc. I'm also working on changing what I eat and making sure I log every meal and not trying to cheat. I'm also making sure I drink at least 64oz's of water daily. Please feel free to send a friend request so we can support each other on what ever goals you may have set for yourself.

    Hi, in my experience, staying motivated is about staying upbeat about what you are doing and finding pleasure in the process.

    Look at inspirational clips on YouTube, get yourself some great gym wear, say YES! I'M INTO THIS! It's my life and I'm working towards being at my best -and I'll get there. You will, keep the faith and look at stats.

    You train, you keep an eye of your diet and you will get where you want to be.

    What makes you loose the motivation?
