                    Hey MFP,
I've been doing a great job of losing weight, been about a month since I started. I've lost 12lbs (Mostly water weight I presume, still proud). I've known about this community for a long time, but ever since my grandfather passed away due to health complications, I thought it was time.
A little about myself:
I am 22, and currently 208lbs (94kg) and working my way to my first goal of 180lbs (81kg). I am about 24% body fat and hoping to get to around 12% (maybe too unrealistic currently, but I am being optimistic). I've lived in Ontario, Canada for most of my life. Been visiting the gym, 5 days a week for the last 4 weeks - Doing cardio/fat burning + strength training. I understand that doing that, I may hinder my own weight loss goal as I am building muscle. But I am noticing my own growth which keeps me motivated.
I am looking to track/work/enjoy my time losing weight and being ultimately healthier with some friends. All my buds are OK with how they are, but I am looking to change myself, hopefully inspire them and introduce them to this community.
