What's been your most successful approach to eating quality healthy food with the busy schedules and time lines we have?

    Hey man, I'm applying to the Navy myself but a few of the guys on my list are US Army and airforce so you could ask them. Feel free to add and then go through my list and add 'raptor' 'taylord' and 'airforceman'
