I like to share a good thing when I know about it. Although I am not a diabetic myself, my MD put me on a ketogenic diet (quite different from the old Atkins diet) for weight loss. I happen to have followed David Mendosa for years, a well-known diabetic advocate, and want to share their two links for anybody interested in considering doing a ketogenic lifestyle.
This diet needs to be monitored extremely carefully to make sure you are doing it correctly and get off on the right track.

This diet is helping me and I sincerely want to pass the hope on to others. I'm not selling anything. Feel free to message me for more info.
