Back to the Diet.

I'm 30 years old, and I'm now starting to diet again. I'm on and off but it's really crucial that I get back into shape and lose some weight.
My ideal comfortable weight is 175, I'm currently at 224.
I completely changed my eating habits, I know everyone says it's not what you eat but rather how much of it you eat.
Although for me, I switched my diet around 360 because I feel this way will achiever faster results and make me feel great.
I'm eating as clean as I can, no junk food other than a cookie here and there when I feel my sugar is low. I'm drinking plenty of water, taking my multivitamins and drinking Chlorophyll to get those added benefits of greens which are hard for me to eat sometimes.
I use the elliptical 3-4 times a week and am starting to weight train.
My goal is to at least lose 15-20 lbs by Christmas and I think I can do it.
Any weight loss tips from anyone? I know it's a very open question, but what about weight loss tips as far as what I can snack on when I feel hungry? And also, what's the most anyone has lost in 2 months?
