Hi...guys! Wanted to ask can weight be lost by walking and eating well?

    You can loose weight if you are in Calorie Deficit & yes eat healthy.
    Any kind of physical exercise burns calorie ,intact you burn calories for just digestion & basic metabolism (BMR) , so yes if you walk + eat under calorie deficit you will loose weight.

    You can use the MFP's calorie calculator tool , its quite user friendly.
