A hint of hope from a lazy one (me) no pic sorry!

Hi everybody!
If you want to know someone that really really did not have a chance to lose weigth, look at me.
I was just entered in the "obese" cathegory, with 80 kg, 158cm (sorry, I'm lazy, don't wanto to translate in inch and pounds
), due to stress, lack of activity, a lot of food and sweets.
But I couldn't stand that anymore. To move, to play with my daughter... it was harder for any kg gained. And I wasn't stopping to gain...
I started with MFP on january. I entered 78 kilos, but I was 80.
Didn't have a scale most of the time.
Couldn't measure the quantity of food.
Never counted veggies in the diary.
Didn't change my (complete lack of) physical activity (really couldn't).
Still travelling most of the time, I used a lot of prepared food in Tesco and so on.
But. But.
MFP helped me to think about the quantity of food. I really thought once that I didn't eat a lot. I did. A lot
Now, even without measuring, I could take care of the quantity. And of what. Chocolate, sweets... all gone for good (fo a while)
I added fruits, veggies, more proteins... I started a new way to have a relation with my food. Even if I really was not very good in checking everithing on MFP.
I started to loose... and fast! it was SO good..
Then, I had another period of very serious stress, and I gave up. Really couldn't cope with all that horrible things AND a diet.
I gave up with the diet to lose weight, but... even if I stopped completely to write in MFP, I still could manage to regulate myself a bit.
And yesterday the scale told me in confidence that, even if it was 2 months without cheching things on MFP, not only I didn't gain back my kilos, but I lost another pound
So guys... yes, it is possible to learn a new style with MFP even if you are a "lazy" one like me... even if you cannot change your life completely but only a bit... even if you don't hit the gym every week (you won't be toned admittedly
)
Even if you miss some days, even if you eat that chicolate cake... you can ALWAYS start again... and more, it is not necessarily a failure. You go on, you can do it.
Sorry i haven't any pic. I don't have time to take them... sigh.
Still in a stress stress stress.
Thank you all, your success stories always helped me!
Isa

I am glad that you have found MFP helpful. Even though you may not have followed the same path as others, you have achieved success on your own terms. I wish you continued success.0
