Oh, don't get me started...I have an interim right now. It has taken 9 months to conduct the job search for the new manager and the interim has been a real peach...hostile work environment much? LOL
Honestly, before this interim I was terribly spoiled. I've had decent bosses and co-workers. Including the one that turned out to be an embezzler. I was clueless, but then that's how successful embezzling works I guess. : )3 -

I guess I was lucky, only had a couple of bad apples. The winner was the junkie boss who paased out and fell on the client, scared the *&₩@ outta the poor girl

True story. One company had a consultant doing programming in their IT department. They decided to hire him. On his very first day as a regular salaried employee, he stripped down to his birthday suit at his desk, sat down and started coding. I was not there to witness this, but I can tell you that it made it through the IT consulting world grapevine in less than 24 hours.
I don't know if there was a complaint filed with HR or not1 -

I once had a boss who picked me up in his arms and threw me on the couch.
I told him what I'd do to him if he ever touched me again. He did not.1 -
I had a boss once with so many DUIs he lost his license, so every morning I'd drop my son off at the babysitter, pick up my boss and drive us both to work. Every morning. Good thing we got along well.3

I'm pretty sure sucking on a dirty hose wasn't part of the job description3

I had a co-worker whose presence made my skin crawl.0

Isn't that insubordination?
Call it what you want, but it was NOT happening0 -

Depends on the job.
Property Management/ Sales...definitely not in my job description.1 -
When I was younger and worked in Illinois my boss was a Texan who never wore an overcoat in winter. Sport coat and gloves only.
He would walk in from the cold and very loudly snort a BIG lugey and then swallow it. He was my boss 1973-78 and I can still hear him doing that! I cannot get that memory out of my head!1 -

Ew! My ex-husband used to blow what I called "snot rockets" out of his nose onto the sidewalk or wherever we were in public....so gross!1 -

Depends on the job.
This reminds me of a job I once had at a vinegar bottling plant in Coxsackie NY...0 -

I have no clue. My husband is a plumber (not the butt crack kind, lol). He's on jobs in the cold and outside a lot. He told me that they don't carry around tissues in their tool belts.
Pffffft!!! They should.2 -

@JSaus13 @kschwab0203
As a kid in Iowa I was taught the farmer throws his snot away but the rich man keeps his (meaning using a handkerchief) I still carry a hankie (also known as a "snot rag") but will use the farmers blow if I'm out alone walking the dog and have no tissues or handkerchief.
What can I say... guys are gross.

I had a job were I've seen every last employee and boss cry, even the stone cold b**ch. Not particularly outrageous but an odd thing nonetheless. At others my coworkers regularly slept on the job. One lady who wasn't my boss, burnt sage all around the office and out on the sidewalk to ward off the "negative energy". They had disgruntled customers. She was cool though.2
