Need something else to focus on besides the news!
You've blasted past your old goals, set new ones and blasted past those. What new goals do you want to achieve, or even just strive toward?!!!!

Gain the balance for a handstand in a split.
Learn to climb a rope, I have the strength but I need the technique.. When I have that I wanna learn to climb it upside down like a friend of mine does.
Learn proper DL form, I've been trying for months now but to me it's the hardest lift
10 dead pull ups with ease, 100 pull ups using motion to help you
And I wanna do a Murph run in the spring
Do the iron X or flag pose for more than 10 seconds
So those are my goals right now1 -
