December 4 week challenge

OK - so - who doesn't need some extra accountability this time of year? I 100% NEED the motivation of my tribe to keep me going strong!

With that in mind - I am putting together a 4 week challenge through December!
You get:

A workout plan (just 30 minutes a day!)
A nutrition guide (Simple and family friendly)
A Superfood shake (for all those meals you might think you don't have the time to eat)
A trainer / coach to help you along the way
A group of women to motivate you as they work towards the same goals as you!

    Hey USMCMP - no because I create them new every month and they run off an app. But - I can answer any and all questions you might have. :)
    What type of health goals do you have?
