Hi my name is Tonya I'm on this weight loss journey to get healthy and look and feel better. Im a wife (29yrs) a mother to great adults and a MiMi to the sweetest most beautiful little girl. My cup truly runs over. I decided to do this now because I REFUSE to be the "fat" mother of the groom. He gets married in May!!So here I go!!! any help or advise is welcomed :)
