.....Or weight lifting men or non-weight lifters actually!! Im Danielle I used to log on here religiously but got out of the habit. I initially join to lose weight for my wedding. ...which has been and gone and I'm still the same weight!! I'm looking to weight train to get into shape. I dont want mega muscles, just a fit toned shape...strong is the new skinny!!! Anyone with advice, experience or just wants some extra motivation give me a shout :)
