Hey all,
I'm new to mfp and would love some friends to help encourage/motivate/support. I'm 147lb and have 22lb to lose. Aiming for 1lb loss a week so that I don't bail!
Fingers crossed I'll get there.. even if In 22 weeks

Just really struggle to be good
Either I eat lots in evenings or do really well for 3 days then eat loads

Feel free to send me a request. I am new back to mfp. Tried weightwatcher for few months but didn't work for me . I am 192 lb and have 45 to lose. Gonna be a long journey bit we can all do it together0

When I notice this pattern, I plan an outing for the fourth day, I would rather "be bad" w/ a delicious beer & company than at home feeling sorry for myself. The trick is go straight to bed when you get home- no delay or you risk snacking. I don't know if this would work for everyone, but helps w/ my dopamine withdrawals x)
