To Loose My Double Chin in 3 months..Date Should be on Christmas Day 2016.1

I hit my second 5% mini-goal at 248 lbs yesterday. Now I'm working towards 236. I also have a goal of looking less like stuffed sausage in the 2x sweaters I optimistically bought for the winter.3

To maintain within a 5 pound range- I've been doing it since March 2016 when I hit my ultimate goal weight. Now I am at the upper end of my 5 pound maintenance range so trying to be a little more diligent lately. Maintenance is hard for sure!!1

I have had so many along the way. My current goal is to tone up some, I recently turned 48 and who the heck knows what happened. I guess I sort of skated through the first 7 or so years and its catching up with me now. So my new goals are centered around working through this 'new' phase of life!!! Apparently gravity is no longer along for the ride1
