Fighting to live a long time

I lost my mom last November very suddenly and it tore my world apart. I started to drink HEAVILY, ate whatever and didn't leave my house for months and if I did it was to get food and work. I lost all hope. I lost 70 pounds in 2011-13 and I thought I would never see that person again. This past august I had enough! I was watching people my age in the Olympics thrive while I saw on the couch over 300lbs. Since then I have lost about 40 lbs and switched to a Paleo diet and quit drinking. My fit bit tracker is my golden nugget lmao! I'm fighting hard to live a long life. Watching my mom die did something to me. I had my period of deep depression so now I'm fighting to get to the bottom of my demons and live a healthier life in honor of my mother. I'm just getting started!!! I have no intention on giving up on myself again
